Gluten-Free Pizza (serves eight)

























Pizza for eight (divide in half for four crusts)

·        3 cups Arnel's Originals Pizza Crust Mix
·        5 teaspoons yeast (two packets)
  
·        1 3/4 cups very warm water (120f) (14 oz)
·        4 Tablespoons oil
·        2 teaspoons honey
·        1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

·        Preheat oven to 425f
·        Add two packets of yeast to the dry mix

·        In a separate bowl, mix all 4 wet ingredients
·        Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix together
·        Divide into 8 equal sticky parts (each part is 4 oz)
·        Place each part on parchment paper or pizza stone, sprayed with oil. (A 12" diameter pizza stone holds 8 oz of dough)
·        Place saran wrap on top of dough
·        Roll out crusts until they are 1/8 inch thick

·        Remove saran wrap & put in a warm place to rise
·        Let it double in thickness (about 15 minutes)
·        Bake for 7 minutes without toppings

·        Flip crusts over & add sauce and toppings*
·        (or wrap crusts well and freeze for later use)

·        Bake another 10 minutes until crust is crispy
